Great location in Dupont Circle and great value for money, love the proximity to the Metro, Wifi included in price. Our suite was comprised of a sleeping and living area, full kitchen and large bath. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean and specious studio, it also included a sofa bed. Variety of excellent restaurants and good shopping in surrounding area. All in all we were immensely pleased with our stay and will certainly stay there again when we return to Washington, DC. We will recommend DuPont Circle studios to our friends.

Good security. Staff gave good information about places to eat and what was available in the area. Close to Metro. Computer access.

The $150.00 charge to clean the room was not clear in the advertisement. This should have been included in the initial price of the room. It would have influenced my choice to stay as now I am over the alloted amount for staying in the dc area. Also, the bathtub was slow to drain and this needs to be addressed before the next person stays. $150.00 to clean for a 3 night stay is excessive. The rate should be based on the time to clean and the amount of cleaning needed before the next person stays.

Lovely area, easy access/walking distance to washington's tourist sites, metro nearby. My accommodation was the studio appartment which was very nice, clean, kitchen area, TV/DVD/cable channels, sofabed, double bed, and balcony! Reception area has free coffee and internet which always helps

The booking price did not include a substantial fee that was not obvious until after the booking. I feel a bit cheated.

Front desk folk were very friendly and helpful. Flat was well equipped (though one little packet of coffee for the first morning would have been helpful!). The place was quiet.

Booked.net gave me the wrong address for the place -- 2000 North Street instead of n Street. Fortunately there isn't a North Street -- otherwise I would have been massively inconvenienced. AllCity (the managers) are not available by phone outside business hours -- I.E., when one arrives in dc with the wrong address. Also, the tv in the flat didn't work and it took two days to get it fixed.

If your wanting a fully furnished apartment in the center of DC this is the place! It's smack in the middle of dupont circle. Everything is in walking distance! The studio apartment was spacious with a fully stocked kitchen . The Queen size bed was very comfortable with a walk in closet. House keeping is biweekly, but they provide enough supplies towels and all to last you a week and replenished if you need more. The room also comes with digital cable and free wifi. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Its truly a home away from home at a budget price in the heart of DC. Thank you Dupont Circle Studios!!! p.s There is also free coffee and MAC's at the lounge area.

Liked how close it was to dupont circle metro and georgetown. A lot of good places to eat close by.

Check in time was 4pm. Arrived at 3.10pm after a long flight and was told I'd have to sit in the Lobby for an hour. Asked them if they could look after my bags behind the desk so I could go and get some food. They refused and make things quite difficult.
